Animals are fantastically adapted to their environment. In order to survive, they have developed features, such as warm winter coats, and abilities, such as camouflage. In this book, students explore the adaptations of Australian animals in a range of environments and recognise how First Nations Australians have observed, celebrated and protected our native species for thousands of years.
